Sam is an advanced physiotherapist. She qualified in 2007 and holds a MSc. in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has worked in NHS as well as Private setting for the last 13 years. She is currently working as first contact physiotherapist in NHS. She has worked as a spinal specialist for three years and has special interest in spinal pathologies.
She is an experienced acupuncturist and uses dry needling techniques. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and can provide one-to-one sessions.

Pilates is a treament technique to improve strength, balance and stability. Pilates improves breathing and conditions the muscles.

I approached Sam with complains of consistent back pain that I developed during the second lock down. Sam diagnosed me virtually by asking me to so simple movements and talking to me about my routine. She suggested practical steps and exercises that I could do which would seamlessly fit with my routine. After two weeks I noticed significant improvements and my back pain was gone by the 4th week.
