Covid has directly/indirectly affected us all.


Exercise is proven to improve depression, anxiety and mood.


Whenever you feel sad, angry, frustrated or depressed, try

  • Walking outside

  • Go up and down the stairs in your own home

  • Quick dance on your favourite song,

  • Play with your kids

  • Dance with your partner

  • Do an activity that you enjoy

These little things in life can bring that attractive smile back
